The establishment of JOBAFF is in line with the wishes of Late Dr Jokotoye Babalola (Born January 22, 1927, Died January 19, 2010) as contained in his last WILL and Testament dated 22nd July, 2005 and the Codicil to the last WILL and Testament of Dr Jokotoye Babalola dated 24th December, 2008. Upon incorporation, as a Non for Profit Organization in Nigeria, West Africa, JOBAFF stands as a separate entity to be guided by the provisions of its Constitution

Mission Statement

Through research, JOBAFF brings together insight, innovation, education, scholarships and entrepreneurship to meet physical, social and spiritual needs of the individual.

Vision Statement

JOBAFF works with institutes of higher education in Nigeria and globally to carry out research and programs that prevent blindness, with innovation and imaginative use of new technology.

Aims and Objectives of JOBAFF

  • To establish and support dedicated research centers for scientific and religious purposes in institute of higher education in Nigeria.
  • To provide talented faculty in higher education with the tools, network and access to finance and support their research interests and projects.
  • To perform other charitable functions especially in the prevention and treatment of communicable diseases.
